Wonder is a quality of mind and heart that lifts our spirits and allows us to release, even momentarily, the thought-mediated constructs of fear, worry, and self-absorption that preoccupy us. By "wonder," I refer not so much to intellectual curiosity--"I wonder why . . ."-- as a sense of awe and a willingness to be touched by life. Wonder brings us into closer contact with the moment that is here and now and opens our hearts. Come join us to strengthen your wonder-muscles. Each class includes 30 minutes of guided meditation and an hour of teaching and dialogue. Those who practice meditation daily as a part of the course will benefit the most.
