By "wonder," I refer not so much to intellectual curiosity--"I wonder why . . ."-- as a sense of awe and a willingness to be touched by life. Wonder brings us into closer contact with the moment that is here and now and opens our hearts. Com join us to strengthen your wonder-muscles. Each class includes 30 minutes of guided meditation and an hour of teaching and dialogue. Those who practice meditation daily as a part of the course will benefit the most.
