Spaciousness as a quality of mind allows us to have the presence to respond to whatever we face with clarity and non-reactivity. We are available to others and to each situation when our minds are not cluttered and preoccupied. This 8-week series will focus on this quality and how to cultivate it in the face of complicated modern lives. Each class includes 30 minutes of guided meditation in addition to teaching and dialogue. Those who commit to daily meditation will receive the most benefit from the course.
