Resilience is the ability to recover quickly and easily from difficulties and to remain flexible amid change. We'll explore how to cultivate this essential skill and how it interacts with the mindset of openness and the quality of presence one maintains within experience. Each class will include 30 minutes of guided meditation and the remainder of the time will be devoted to teaching and dialogue. Students will gain the most from the course who also maintain a daily practice of meditation. The course is appropriate for both beginners and seasoned meditators.
