Enjoyment of anything--of breathing, of the body, of experience moment-to-moment--can be a path of letting go. This course explores that possibility and explains how enjoyment differs from our more common habits of seeking pleasure and comfort or trying to engineer experience to be what we want. Enjoyment is a natural way to calm and focus the mind and heart and soften willfulness and struggle in the practice. It can be the easiest way to viscerally understand who you are beyond your ego. Each class will include 30 minutes of guided meditation and an hour of teaching, discussion, and sharing from your practice.
