This six-week series will explore wonder as a dimension of presence. By wonder, I do not mean mere intellectual curiosity about something one does not know. Rather it is the capacity of a child-like mind, a mind that is not conditioned by expectations or familiarity, to be astonished at and delighted with the reality of ordinary experiences. Wonder is a part of the pleasure in being mindful and awake in each moment, and a capacity we can rediscover. Each class will include 30 minutes of meditation. Instructions are given for beginners. Those who commit to meditating regularly during the class will receive the most benefit from the class and the teaching..
