A fundamental sense of wellbeing can be both a place of stability amid the ups and downs of life and a place from which to examine what is true, to grow within a spiritual practice. This 8-week series examines the nature of wellbeing and how to access that wellbeing within meditation and in life more generally. The course is suitable for both beginners and continuing students. 30 minutes of each class will be meditation with instruction and the remaining hour will be a combination of teaching, inquiry, and dialogue. Students who establish a daily meditation practice will benefit most from the course.
